SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS ECONOMICS

You have been hired by Ubedobedo Ltd, a small logistics service provider, specialising in
eFulfilment for web based retailers, based in Coventry as a Commercial Manager. The
main purpose of your job is to develop and market new transport and logistics services to
online retailers and manufacturing businesses and gain contract work from global brands.
The company operates a warehouse from its head office in Coventry and is considering
investing in a small vehicle fleet to complement its fulfilment operation. The accountant
has given you some costings data that has been compiled by the Managing Director.
