Values & Ethics Paper

In his recent Christian Scholars’ Review article, author Roger Ebertz challenges Christians to engage in scholarly writing with a humble and open attitude that seeks to emulate Jesus Christ. Please keep this in mind as you work through this project. For this assignment, you will read, evaluate the readings in Module 1 and write an essay that presents a worldview on the genesis of values and ethics (e.g., how do values and value commitments come about and develop? what does society consider ethical behaviors?), show support for your claim, and show examples and application in a contemporary organizational setting. Be sure to include the following in your work: How is the topic applicable within your own organization and industry as well as other global organizations? Cover your topic from a global perspective that includes leadership and cultural differences. Show clear organizational evidence or examples of application of analytics. Conclude the paper in a manner that is not abrupt nor leaves the reader expecting more. Submission Instructions: The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling. Incorporate a minimum of 5 current references (published within last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
