Conclusion
Your opinion � summarize the information about this proposal with your own opinion about why this initiative is good, bad, or indifferent for California politics. Will the law face legal challenges? Is there an underlying cause for initiatives like this one? Is it the anger of the voters? The dysfunction of the legislature? Or something else?

Format:
