Theoretical Frameworks

Develop theoretical frameworks for promoting social good in organizations and society. This will include developing theoretical models for understanding organizational and individual motivation for engaging in activities leading to social good, understanding avenues for creativity and innovation in social good, and intergenerational engagement and collaborations related to social good affecting positive outcomes of such activities for individuals, organizations and communities. Examples include using virtue theory and the concept of solidarity to connect social good to social work professional values  and reexamining social justice in the context of modern societies and post- modern knowledge in order to define the kinds of social justice that the social good movement should aspire to
