However, one of the major challenges facing the IOT is security, particularly the use of default passwords in IOT devices, such as “CCTV” which can be easily guessed by attackers. This can lead to theft of personal information, financial loss, and even physical harm. Additionally, data generated by IOT devices can be misused, violating privacy and personal rights. A security breach in one device can potentially compromise the security of an entire network, causing widespread damage.
