The goal of this assignment is to create an experiment relating to the sense you have selected. The paper you write should assist you in answering the following: How would I present this topic to someone, as if they were hearing about it for the first time? What information is important and how will I present it so they understand?

These mini experiments are to be designed to help you better understand the functions of our five senses.  The experiments should be easy to replicate inside the classroom.  They should focus on sound, sight, touch, taste, and smell.  With the taste experiment, remember that you use multiple senses in tasting something.  Those other senses must be negated or also part of the experiment.  Please see me to insure the experiment is acceptable.  Remember, there are two mini projects due for each marking period.
