Abstract

In this paper, a critical analysis of the strategic decisions currently in place in the H&M Company is conducted with the aim of determining the merits and/or demerits of the strategic decisions in regard to their role in enhancing organizational performance. The analysis employs a literature review methodology, where information is obtained from secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and credible websites. From the review of the data, it is found that H&M currently has very appropriate and relevant strategies that are useful for the organization’s short-term, near-term and long-term performance. …………….
