Hello to you all!
I believe I would go with the ‘Fixed-price Contracts’ method for this particular contract. My reasoning would be due to how I operated personally and business wise. I would already have a budget range in mind as far as expenditures for the job. Further more, this avenue would open up an opportunity for me as the consumer to compare contractors that propose their cost to perfom the job. And the fact that once the contract is awarded, it would lock in at the proposed cost. Thoughout it all, I have the upper hand in making the final decision based on what I already know I want and have budgeted to spend.
