Project Questions
1. Analysis of 3 to 4 years financial statements of any listed company of UAE.
2. Calculate Liquidity Ratios, Efficiency Ratios, Long Term Solvency Ratios and Profitability Ratios that are used to arrive at decision making.
3. Du Pont identity ratio must take into account with Efficiency Ratios.
4. Do the COMMON SIZE analysis of the chosen company.
5. Describe the weakness and strength of organization based on your calculations.
6. Concluding remarks of financial analyst.
Evaluation Criteria
The instructor evaluates the project and awards marks based on the following criteria:

• Describe the goals and objectives of selected organization.
• Calculation of Liquidity Ratios, Efficiency Ratios, Long Term Solvency Ratios and Profitability Ratios for 3 to 4 years financial statements of selected company.
• Do the COMMON SIZE analysis of the chosen company.
• Interpretation of financial ratios and common size analysis.
• Identifying the weaknesses and strengths of selected organization.
• Suggestions to overcome weaknesses.
• Suggestions how to utilize financial strengths to maximize shareholders’ wealth.
• Conclusions.
