Organizational Constraints on Decision Making

Pick any topic from Organizational Behavior (e.g., leadership, personality, motivation, teamwork, etc.) and narrow it down to a specific element (e.g., leadership – use of humor or motivation and money). Now find three scholarly articles that cover your topic and write a 3-5 page paper. This paper should not be a summary of each article, but must be a work of integration and analysis on your part. Use APA 6th edition for style and be certain to include a bibliography page for your articles. (NOTE: You may not use any of the articles listed as required for this class and NO BOOKS or TEXTBOOKS.)
