Document your eating( eggs, bread, rice, noodles, cereal, oatmeal. Snack: cashew, Oreo cookies.) exercise habits for three days( haven’t been exercising, do get busy running around with my little ones) ;  log EVERYTHING that you eat and the amount of time and activity you do for exercise.  Use some of the tools noted in the text or from the MyPlate website.
