Target Corporation was the organization that we conducted job analysis on. This organization is an American departmental store which has its headquarters located in Minneapolis. It ranks the second largest discount retailer in the U.S. It was founded in 1902 and has expanded greatly and target to operate 130 stores in Canada by 2013.
