Option 1: How to Fix the Economy Presentation Details

Details:

  • 5-7 minute presentation on how to fix the Canadian economy
  • You need visuals to reinforce your presentation (maximum 7 PowerPoint slides – including a cover slide and a work cited slide – remember graphs look great as long as they are clear and easy to understand – remember you are talking to politicians, not economists!)
  • You must include images of potential venture in your presentation
  • Include a minimum of 2 economic indicators (apart from rGDP)
  • Analyze the cause and effect of your policy decision (graphs would work well!)
  • Analyze what struggles and benefits the country will see in both short run and the long run
  • You must be prepared to field questions from your audience on any of the theories or policy suggestion you have made, especially on the cause and effect of your proposed policies.

  • You must be prepared to field questions from your audience on any of the theories you presented and be able to defend yours.
