The Internal Revenue Code contains many provisions where employers can offer fringe benefits to their employees. The employers deduct the fringe benefits as business expenses and the benefits are tax-free to the employees. It’s a win-win. There are limits, of course. And the fringe benefit plans cannot be discriminatory (benefit some employees and not others).  Which fringe benefits have you personally seen before?
