This question deals with the interaction, coordination, and facilitation between local, state and federal emergency managers. Pick two local, two state, and two federal agencies that are involved in disaster planning. Reconstruct their activities with respect to disaster planning. Compare and critique their various missions and whether they compliment one another (or not). Be sure to include your assessment of each agency’s mission and goal and their interagency planning efforts. Additionally, estimate what can occur as a result of shortfalls in interagency and intergovernmental efforts.
