Individual Marketing Plan

I need a Marketing Plan for organisation based in UK, preferably not a large one, as for the large organisations it is more difficult to make suggestions and recommendations for future. I do not have a certain organisation in mind, so would be good if you could choose something that has enough resources online to be analysed.I will upload the original assignment criteria file
