Course and Training project Goal:
You will demonstrate knowledge and skills required to match organizational and HR needs and implement policies, procedures, and systems required to manage HRM programs strategically in a global business environment
Course and Training project Learning Objective:
You will conduct a needs assessment, identify performance gaps, develop and implement an HRM solution and evaluate outcomes on individual, group, or organizational performance.

Assessment Tool of the Course and Training project (Criteria for Achieving Meets Expectations)
(You must answer the following points VERY deeply; remember it’s a practicum consulting project)
• You must define methods of assessing organizational needs and HR needs and can apply it to a client project by describing actions taken, the rationale for the actions and the results.
• You must describe at least one or two things they did that had a significant positive impact on the process and demonstrate evidence of their success.
• You must discuss policies, procedures and systems that can support the success of HRM efforts that meet organizational and HR needs and improve organizational effectiveness.
• What kind of policies or systems that helped you for the transfer learning? (e.i. compensation, negotiation system, reward system, or motivation system)
• You must use some theories or concepts from the chapters I’ll provide you with.
