Regardless of the negative connotations on nepotism, it is a significant and optimistic practice at the time when an organization is at startup level and its formative years, whereby broad trust and readiness to perform better are important for its survival. On the other hand, patronage is the encouragement or support given to an organization by a patron. Also, patronage can be defined as the power to offer jobs or give a different help to individuals as a compensation to the kind of support offered.
