Please refer to your textbook to ensure you are covering as concepts as accurately as possible. This is a creative project and it is your responsibility to develop the principles and point of view that most resonated with you this semester. The key principles covered in video must be clearly covered and discussed and demonstrated in the video.
An outline and script must be submitted including which key principles and planned approach to demonstrating those principles, which will be covered in the video. Submit a clearly articulated outline, using systematic logical, step-by-step reasoning in support of your customer service point of view.

Although I realize that most of you may not be comfortable producing a video, I do not expect you to produce a professional quality video. Please feel free to use your cellphones (or a friends or family members video camera) to film your video. Regardless, I do expect to see a good effort in the final presentation. Additionally, a copy of the video must be posted to the Blackboard page. The presentations will be reviewed and critiqued in class.
