Effective Supplier Evaluations

This paper will attempt to explore Supplier Evaluation Framework that merges with the organization central values and assist in establishment of tactical sourcing policy. It gives an outline of ways and means that target rewarding the suppliers and establishing a long stand relationship with the suppliers.
