Discuss the Pathophysiology and clinical manifestations

Below is the assignemt instructions, paper has already been written but I need it to flow and be one writing style. To me when reading it It jumps form one writing style to another and it does flow. Also don’t worry too much about reducing  it to ecaxtly 5 pages but I do want it reduced a bit.

For this group assignment, you are going to be given a few different patient scenarios to choose from. Please choose one of them and discuss the pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostics, treatment, potential complications, and the education you would provide for the patient and family regarding the diagnosis (may be multiple), plan of care, etc. The scenarios are vague to give you some latitude. You may come up with whatever diagnoses your group feels are appropriate for these patients as long as you can justify it with scholarly evidence. Please incorporate the scenario into your paper.

This was the chosen scenario

  1. A 60-year-old female is brought into the emergency department by her family. They state she is an alcoholic and has been on a binge lately. She is complaining of abdominal and chest pain, nausea and vomiting, sometimes “with blood in it”. She has a large, firm abdomen and thin arms and legs. Her family states she lives alone and that “she has not been taking very good care of herself lately”.

This was a group assisgnemnt. All the topics except diagnostic has been addressed by different individuals in the group. I will be needing the diagnostic part done and the paper to be edited and merged into one paper so that the language flows and it seems like one person wrote it not four different individuals. Please feel free to reach out with an questions or clarifications
