• Discuss a specific leadership position (which is Chief nursing executive officer or educator) you wish to attain within 3-5 years after completing the DNP program, noting how the DNP program will help you attain your goal; and,

• Identify a problem or question that requires a change in health care and/or policies that you might address in that role.
