In a global corporation, it is common for managers and leaders to have cross-cultural direct reports. In a 3-4 pgs, address the following:

1. Describe cultural intelligence (CQ) and why it is important for leaders to have CQ in addition to EQ.
2. How can leaders increase their own cultural intelligence?
3. What are the added considerations leaders must have for coaching someone that is not of the same culture?
