For this module, I invite you to cut loose and do something creative. There is zero pressure on creative, but you must do something to reflect/express what you take away from reading these two stories and maybe from the course so far. I urge you to have some fun. Here is the project:
Choose ONE:
Write a short story (1 page/250 words or more) in the style of Hemingway but using the themes of Faulkner.
Write a short story (1 page or more) in the style of Faulkner but using the themes of Hemingway.
Create a fictional dialogue between these two writers on the subject of “Alienation and/or Experimentation.”
In the event that you feel utterly anti-creative about these writers, you could–alternatively–compare them in a more analytical format (1 page or more) but you will have to decide for yourself how and what to compare.
