A weakness from past history were it only has 4 branches in one city in saudi arabia which is jeddah city , it is really should consider expand in others cities as Riyadh the capital city , Dammam city which is the third largest city in the country
the HR department it has not a professional person or effective department for it, which will usually cause troubles for the organisation department as they have other important decision usually to take rather than employee small issues as transportation, clothing and time management on work.
