This is a group report. As a group of 2-4 you have to submit a report based on the following:

Choose any international organisation that has at least 3 branches across the globe

You need to investigate:

-the operation area of the organization
-External/internal issues\events for each branch that would affect the strategic plan of the company
-What type of decisions are needed deal with the issues
-Explore one of the issues by performing risk and impact analysis
-Identify some decision making problems that would face the managers in that organization

The word count for this report is 2500 words (+ 10% or -10%) excluding references, appendices and individual contribution section.
